San Bernardino Symphony's Guthrie Music Rental Library is one of the largest collections of orchestral scores and parts in the United States. The GMRL is housed at the Feldhym Central Library in downtown San Bernardino and open by appointment only.

Welcome to the Guthrie Music Rental Library catalog, donated by Maestro James K. Guthrie. This extensive music Library consists of thousands pieces of orchestral music and additional conductor’s scores available for rent to college, community and professional orchestras throughout the United States.
The collection includes the standard repertoire for orchestras, opera companies and choruses, plus many other orchestrations. Some of these pieces are quite unique, such as specific opera arias in many different keys, and orchestrations of serious and popular music published from the 1870s to the 1980s. From Strauss to Star Wars, our catalog is one of the widest collections available for rent.
