Support your favorite musician section through Fanfare!
A group of fans is a fandom, but a group of SBSO fandoms is a Fanfare!
Fanfare is a new game where you can join instrument-specific fandoms (strings, brass, winds, or percussion) and vote to express your support for the musicians in each section of the San Bernardino Symphony Orchestra.
The section earning the most votes at the end of the season will be prominently featured in the coming season!
How to Play:
● Join a Fandom
Members of a Fandom make a donation of $150 any time during the year and receive a lanyard adorned with their fandom’s mascot. This card includes fun facts about the mascot, a special shout out to principal musicians in that section, and a space for a photo of that musician section (Coming Soon!).
As a Fandom member you’ll receive exclusive emails with information about your favorite musician section, upcoming concerts, and updates before and after the concert so you can make sure your fandom is in the lead!
You can mail a check, or donate online with a card to receive your lanyard in the mail.
Be sure to select the Fandom you’d like to join in the dropdown menu at #2.

● Participate on Concert Day
Visit the Fanfare table showcasing each instrument Fandom’s Mascot, if you’re already a Fanfare member your votes have been cast.
Be sure to wear your lanyard to show support for your favorite section and encourage others to join your fandom!
Keep an eye out for others wearing the Fanfare lanyard… and encourage those who aren’t wearing one to join in the fun!
● Not Ready to Join a Fandom?
No problem! You can still support your favorite Fandom by making a donation of $1 or more in exchange for a Dino sticker. Each dollar is a vote! Then, show your support and appreciation for the musicians in your fandom by wearing your Dino sticker!
● Follow the Fun!
Votes increase with each concert. You can follow the progress of your Fandom by joining or tuning in on Concert Day!
