A.B. Miller

Conservatory of Dance

The A. B. Miller Dance Conservatory of Dance provides students with an intensive, high-quality dance education within a public-school setting. Our program allows dancers to refine their technical skills and artistic voice without leaving the Inland Empire for a fine arts magnet school. As the region’s only extended-day high school conservatory, we offer a rigorous dance education experience that prepares students for college dance programs or professional careers within and outside of the arts. Admission is based on potential for growth and a strong commitment/interest to the art of dance.

Students in today’s performance complete an eight-period academic day that includes a three-period dance block. Under the direction of Aisha Bardge, Angelika Lopez, and Anthony Loa, today's program showcases collaborative work between students and the Conservatory faculty. The performance features

a mix of contemporary modern, jazz, and hip-hop styles, celebrating the spirit of the Christmas season through dynamic movement and expressive choreography that highlights community and shared artistry.
